Privacy Policy

When you send a project request or support ticket through the contact page we store what you enter: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your Discord username, service, budget, desired date, reference links, order reference and your message.

When you browse the site our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested. We use it only to keep the site running and secure (for example, to limit repeated form submissions).

Team members who sign in to the studio panel: account name, email, role, two-factor authentication factor and a record of sign-ins and changes they make.

To answer your request, deliver the work you order and provide support.

To send you emails about your request: a confirmation, our replies and status updates.

To protect the site against spam and abuse.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising or build marketing profiles. We only email you about your own request.

Vercel — hosts the website.

Supabase — stores requests, messages and team accounts, and handles team sign-in.

Resend — sends our emails.

BuiltByBit — handles every shop purchase on its own site, under its own privacy policy. We never see your payment details.

Google — only if a team member chooses "Continue with Google" to sign in to the panel.

flagcdn.com — serves the small language flag images, so your browser connects to it when loading the site.

These providers may process data outside your country. They act on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.

We only use cookies the site needs to work: "eclip.lang" remembers your language (1 year), and team members get session cookies when they sign in to the panel. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Requests and their messages are kept while we work on them and afterwards as a record of the project or support, unless you ask us to delete them. Technical logs are kept briefly by our hosting provider. Team accounts are kept until they are removed from the panel.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@eclipstudio.net. We will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Our services are aimed at server owners and creators. If you are under the age required in your country to consent to data processing, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
