Eclip Studio creates Minecraft builds, plugins, graphic design, 3D models and websites. The portfolio on this site shows examples of our work; some entries may be marked as demo content.

Sending a request through the contact page does not create a contract. Scope, price, deadlines, payment and revisions for each custom project are agreed in writing with the client before work starts; those agreed terms take precedence over these general terms.

Products shown in the shop are sold and delivered through BuiltByBit. Payment, delivery, refunds and the licence for each product are governed by BuiltByBit and the licence shown on its listing. Prices on this site are for reference; the price on BuiltByBit at checkout is the one that applies.

Unless a listing says otherwise, a purchase gives you a licence to use the product on your own server(s). It does not allow you to resell, share or redistribute the files, or claim them as your own work.

All content on this site — builds, renders, designs, text and code — belongs to Eclip Studio or its clients and may not be copied or reused without permission. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios; Eclip Studio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.

Do not misuse the site: no spam or automated submissions, no attempts to access the studio panel or other accounts without permission, and no interference with the site's security or operation.

Support for products and projects is provided through our ticket system and Discord. We aim to reply promptly but do not guarantee specific response times unless agreed for a project.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Eclip Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using the site or our products, including server downtime or data loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
